"Customer," "you," "your" refers to the individual or entity using our services.
"Products" refers to ASIC cryptocurrency mining equipment and related accessories.
"Services" refers to all services provided by Bharat Miners (sales, support, shipping, etc.).
"Website" refers to bharatminers.com and all associated domains.
"ASIC Miner" refers to Application-Specific Integrated Circuit mining hardware for cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin.

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or legal majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Use our products only for lawful purposes.

5. Product Information and Pricing

Bharat Miners strives to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing information. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Pricing Structure:

  • All product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The price shown at checkout (including all charges) is the binding price for your order.
  • Prices shown on product pages exclude applicable taxes; GST will be added at checkout where required in India.
  • Shipping charges of Rs. 2,500 are added to all orders delivered within India.
  • The total amount due (product price + GST + shipping) will be clearly displayed before you confirm payment.

Shipping Cost Transparency:

  • Standard shipping to all locations in India costs Rs. 2,500 per order.
  • This flat shipping rate applies to all orders, regardless of order value or product size.
  • Shipping cost is shown separately at checkout, not included in product price.

Price Binding:

  • Once you proceed to payment after reviewing the total cost (including product, taxes, and shipping), that price is locked in for your order.
  • We do not change the price after you have confirmed payment.

6. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Bharat Miners may accept or decline orders, limit quantities, or cancel for any reason. Orders process within 1-2 business days after payment verification. Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), Cryptocurrency, Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under Rs. 5,00,000. All payments processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant systems.

7. Account Registration

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details and all activities under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use immediately.

8. Product Availability

In Stock items ship within 48-72 hours after order confirmation. Batch/Production items ship during the specified production month. Availability subject to change. If unavailable after ordering, we will notify you with options for substitution or refund.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping governed by our Shipping Policy. In-stock orders ship within 3 days from warehouse, delivered across India in 8-17 working days. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to carrier. Customer responsible for accurate delivery address. Tracking provided for all shipments.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns governed by our Return Policy (30-day window for unused items). Refunds governed by Refund Policy (8-17 business days processing). RMA required. Used miners or custom orders generally not eligible for return.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

Product Warranties: Manufacturer warranties (180-360 days depending on model). Bharat Miners provides no additional warranties beyond manufacturer coverage. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Service Disclaimers: Website and services provided "as-is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

12. ASIC Miner Profitability Disclaimer

ASIC miners are specialized hardware tools, NOT guaranteed investments. Bharat Miners makes NO profitability guarantees. Mining results depend on volatile cryptocurrency prices, increasing network difficulty, electricity costs, and market conditions. You may never recover your investment. Past performance does not predict future results. Customer solely responsible for all mining risks and costs.

13. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing, you agree responsibility for:

  • All electricity costs and power infrastructure.
  • Proper cooling, ventilation, and miner maintenance.
  • Compliance with local cryptocurrency and energy regulations.
  • Tax reporting on mining income.
  • Safe electrical installation and operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To maximum extent permitted by law, Bharat Miners NOT liable for indirect damages, lost profits, mining losses, electricity costs, equipment failure, or cryptocurrency value changes. Total liability limited to purchase price of specific product.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bharat Miners from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your product use, Terms violation, or illegal activities.

16. Intellectual Property

All website content property of Bharat Miners, protected by copyright and trademark laws. Personal use only permitted. No copying, reproduction, or commercial use without permission.

17. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use website/products for illegal activities, fraud, malware transmission, system interference, or unauthorized reselling.

18. Privacy Policy

Governed by our Privacy Policy (IT Act 2000 compliant) explaining data collection, usage, security, and your rights.

19. Force Majeure
