This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver ASIC miners and mining hardware across India.

1. Service Area & Countries

We ship to:

  • Primary: India (all locations)
  • Currency: INR (Indian Rupees)

2. Shipping Cost Type

All orders have the SAME shipping fee (Flat Rate):

  • All orders are shipped for: Rs. 2,500.00
  • This is a flat rate applied to every order, regardless of order value or location within India.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 7:00 PM IST
  • Timezone: (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata)
  • Orders placed before 7:00 PM IST are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 7:00 PM IST are processed the next business day

4. Handling Time

  • Minimum Handling Time: 0 days
  • Maximum Handling Time: 2 days
  • When Fulfilled: Mon – Sat

What is Handling Time?
Handling time is the time between order placement and when your miner is ready for shipment. For in-stock items, we typically dispatch within 48–72 hours (0–2 business days).

5. Transit Time

  • Transit Time Method: All destinations
  • Shipping Frequency: Mon – Sat
  • Minimum Transit Time: 8 business days
  • Maximum Transit Time: 15 business days

What is Transit Time?
Transit time is how long it takes the courier to deliver from our warehouse to your address. Most deliveries across India take 8-17 business days depending on your location.

6. Total Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time Based on Customer Location:

All destinations: 8–17 business days

This is calculated as:

  • Handling time (0–2 days) + Transit time (8–15 days) = 8–17 business days

7. Shipping Methods Available

We use trusted courier partners for reliable delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: 8-17 business days
  • All shipments include tracking numbers

8. In-Stock vs. Batch/Production Orders

In-Stock Products:

  • Usually dispatched within 48–72 hours after order confirmation
  • Delivered within 8-17 working days

Batch/Production Products:

  • Pre-order items delivered during the specified batch/production month
  • Handled separately with extended handling time

9. Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure timely delivery:

  • Provide complete address with street, building, city, state, and postal code
  • Include a valid phone number we can use to contact the courier
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package

10. Tracking Information

  • All shipments include tracking numbers
  • We send tracking details via email and WhatsApp after dispatch
  • You can track your package in real-time using the provided link or number
  • Courier partner: DHL, UPS, FedEx, ARAMEX, or TNT

11. Risk of Loss & Damage

Risk Transfer:

  • Risk of loss passes to you after the product is handed to the courier
  • We pack ASIC miners securely with protective packaging

If Damaged on Arrival:

  • Take photos/videos of damage and packaging

14. Holidays & Delays

Orders may take longer if:

  • Public holidays: Shipping may pause during national/state holidays
  • Weather conditions: Severe weather may delay courier services
  • Customs checks: High-value shipments may require additional verification
  • Force majeure events: Unforeseen circumstances beyond courier control

We will notify you of any significant delays.

15. Failed Delivery & Re-Shipping

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address provided by customer: Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Customer unavailable: Courier will retry; contact us for options
  • Incomplete address: We will contact you to obtain correct address

Always verify your address before checkout!

16. Delivery Confirmation

  • Courier will contact you before delivery
  • Signature or OTP verification required for high-value items
  • You will receive delivery confirmation with date and time

17. Order Cancellation & Refunds Related to Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (before handling time ends)
  • Once shipped, cancellation not possible; Return & Refund Policy applies
  • Shipping cost refund depends on the reason for cancellation

18. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only to India
  • International shipping not available at this time
