Return Policy

At Bharat Miners, we want you to feel confident when you buy ASIC miners and crypto mining hardware from us. This Return Policy explains when and how you can return products.

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

1. Return Window

  • You can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • After 30 days, we usually cannot accept returns, except in special cases (for example, DOA or warranty issues).

2. Products Eligible for Return

We generally accept returns for:

  • Unused and unopened products in original packaging.
  • Products with all accessories, cables, manuals, and original box included.
  • Products received damaged on arrival (must be reported in 48 Hours of delivery).

We generally do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or powered on for mining (ASIC miners that have already run).
  • Products with physical damage caused by incorrect installation, power issues, liquid damage, or misuse.
  • Products with removed or tampered serial numbers, labels, or warranty stickers.
  • Customized or special order items clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. Return Conditions (ASIC Miners)

Because ASIC miners are high-value technical hardware:

  • Once the miner has been used for mining, it is usually not eligible for a normal return, only for warranty support if there is a hardware defect.
  • If the unit is Dead on Arrival (DOA), you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos. We will help you in line with the manufacturer’s process.

4. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

To start a return:

  1. Email us at: info@bharatminers.com
  2.  or WhatsApp us at +91 9998646798 with:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or videos (if damaged or DOA)
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions.
  4. Pack the product safely with all original accessories and packaging.
  5. Ship the product to the address provided with the RMA.
  6. After we receive and inspect the product, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped, DOA, or damage in transit), we will guide you and may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping.
  • If the return is for any other reason (for example, changed mind, ordered wrong model), the customer usually pays the return shipping cost.

6. Inspection and Approval

  • All returned items are inspected by our technical team.
  • If the product is not in acceptable condition (used, damaged, missing parts), we may:
    • Reject the return, or
    • Offer a partial refund after deducting repair, refurbishment, or restocking costs.

7. Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange for another model, please mention this in your return request.
  • Exchange approval depends on stock availability and price difference.
