This Refund Policy explains how and when refunds are processed after a return or cancellation.

  • The product is returned and approved as per our Return Policy.
  • The order is cancelled before dispatch in certain cases.
  • The product is DOA or damaged and cannot be repaired or replaced.

2. Refund Methods

Approved refunds are typically processed through:

  • Original payment method (where possible).
  • Bank transfer / NEFT / IMPS to your Indian bank account.
  • In some cases, wallet/credit balance for future purchase (if you agree).

3. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We usually approve or reject the refund within 5–7 business days.
  • After approval, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days:
    • Bank transfer: 3–7 business days (depending on bank).
    • Crypto refunds (if applicable): time may vary, and network fee may apply.

Total expected time from receiving your returned product to refund completion is usually 8-17 business days.

4. Deductions and Fees

Refund amount may be adjusted if:

  • Product is missing accessories, packaging, or shows signs of use.
  • There is physical damage not covered under warranty.
  • Restocking or handling fees apply (we will inform you before processing).

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We may not be able to provide a refund if:

  • Products were used for mining and are not DOA or defective under warranty.
  • Warranty-only cases where manufacturer repair or replacement is offered instead of refund.
  • Orders clearly marked as “Non-Refundable” at checkout.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can sometimes be cancelled before shipping.
  • If the order is already shipped or handed to the courier, cancellation may not be possible; Return Policy then applies.
